This template will recompile male_postures.mdl and female_postures.mdl with any
animations you specify in the .QC file. I'm sharing it as I've had a lot of
trouble figuring out how the hell it worked.

The .QCI files come from the SDK files (HL2MP if I recall correctly).

I suggest using GUIStudioMDL to compile the .QC:
