Extract the archive in this directory:
steam > steamapps > common > source filmmaker > game > usermod

WARNING: as usual, models that weren't compiled by Valve do NOT have
any presetGroups by default. You will have to export them from the
original HWM medic coming with Source Filmmaker, and re-import them
on the casual medic if you wish to access them.

Be sure to check Source.MaxOfS2D.net for updates every once in a while!
